Our Order Policy

Goldheart makes every effort to keep our e-shop updated with our current inventory. However, due to the unique nature of our products, many items are one-of-a-kind or available in very limited quantities. As a result, it is possible for your selected item to be sold and no longer available before the website can be updated to reflect its current status.

Order Process and Product Availability

Once you have made your selection, please proceed to checkout and complete the payment for the item.

Goldheart will send you an email to confirm that we have received your order. We will then verify the availability of the item. Once its availability is confirmed, we will process your order and payment. You will receive an order confirmation along with the delivery details.

If an item is unavailable, we will notify you that your order has not been accepted due to the item's unavailability and will be canceled with a full refund. We will provide you with alternative or similar options. This will initiate a new, separate order process and will require additional payment authorization.

Please note that adding an item to your shopping cart or wish list does not reserve the item. It remains available for sale until your order is confirmed by Goldheart. All items remain the property of Goldheart until full payment has been successfully processed and completed.

All orders are processed on a "first-come, first-served" basis and are subject to acceptance and availability.

Orders placed on the website will be processed on weekdays only (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays in the relevant processing country. Please allow 3-5 business days for us to respond to your inquiries or process your orders.

Goldheart reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline an order.

Return and Exchange Policy

Please note that all sales are final, and no returns or cash refunds, either in part or in full, will be accepted for items purchased.

If you change your mind about an item, you may exchange it for another item of equal or lesser value at any GOLDHEART boutique within 14 days of receiving your purchase. If the exchange item is of higher value, you will be required to pay the difference at the boutique.

Returned items must be in their original, unused condition, and free from damage. All tags and original packaging must remain intact. Gold Bars/Coins are sealed in acrylic casing for protection, and once the seal is broken, the item is considered non-exchangeable and non-refundable. GOLDHEART reserves the right to refuse any exchange request at its sole discretion if these conditions are not met.

In the unlikely event of a technical error resulting in an inaccurate product price, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you the option to proceed with your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, your order will be treated as canceled, and if payment has already been processed, a refund will be issued accordingly. If you receive a damaged item, please contact Goldheart immediately at custcare@goldheart.com

Please be aware that Goldheart takes photographs of all items prior to shipping to prevent any disputes regarding the condition of the item upon delivery. Similarly, we ask that you take photographs of any alleged damage immediately and include them in your email when reporting the issue.

Upon receiving your email and verifying that the item is damaged, Goldheart will provide instructions on the return procedure to the nearest Goldheart retail boutique. For overseas purchases, Goldheart will advise you on the appropriate return process. If the exchange item is of higher value, you will be required to pay the price difference.

Returned items must be in their original, unused condition and free from any damage. All tags and original packaging must remain fully intact. GOLDHEART reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any exchange request if these conditions are not met.

Please note that there will be no cash refunds, either in part or in full.

Promo Code

Promo codes are applicable only to regularly priced items[except gold, unless otherwise specified.]

Promo codes cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts.

Promo codes are non-transferable and hold no cash value.

Goldheart Jewellery reserves the right to modify or cancel promo codes at any time.

These Terms and Conditions replace any warranties, guarantees, terms, or conditions, whether expressed or implied by law, that may be owed by Goldheart.

You agree that the Products on the Site may be re-priced, withdrawn, discontinued, revised, or amended at any time and at Goldheart's sole discretion.

You further agree that the description and/or depiction of the Products on the Site may differ from the actual Product. Goldheart makes no warranty regarding the appearance of the Products on the Site and expressly disclaims any liability for errors or discrepancies.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Both Goldheart and you hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
