The use of the Goldheart VIP Membership constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions set forth herein. Goldheart VIP members are entitled to 20% off regular-priced items from the second purchase onward at Goldheart retail boutiques. This discount is not applicable to gift vouchers, Celestial®, Ascenté, nett-priced items, or 916/999 gold items.
Goldheart VIP members will enjoy an additional 10% discount on selected sale-priced gem-set jewellery, when applicable. This discount is not valid on Great Value Buys, special sale items, nett-priced items, or 916/999 gold items.
Goldheart VIP Membership has no cash or credit value, and all discounts and privileges are non-exchangeable for cash or credit.
Goldheart VIP Membership remains the property of Goldheart Jewellery Pte Ltd at all times.
To use your membership privileges, please provide your contact details to our staff for verification before making your purchase.
Goldheart VIP Membership will automatically cease if there is no transaction activity for a continuous period of 15 years.
Goldheart VIP Membership is non-transferable.
GENERAL
Goldheart Jewelry Pte Ltd reserves the right, at any time and at its sole discretion, and without providing any reason or notice:
To vary, modify, or amend the terms and conditions related to the Goldheart VIP Membership programme and the Privilege Dollar scheme.
To terminate the Goldheart VIP Membership programme or cancel any Privilege Dollar, in which case the Goldheart VIP Member shall not be entitled to any payment or compensation.
To not accept liability for any false claims made regarding membership privileges.
To not carry forward Privilege Dollars accumulated from a lost, damaged, or stolen Membership to a new Membership.
All Goldheart VIP Members are required to keep Goldheart Jewelry Pte Ltd informed and updated of any changes to the details submitted in the Goldheart VIP Membership application form.
Goldheart Jewelry Pte Ltd shall not be liable in any way if any person fails or refuses to honour the Goldheart VIP Membership for any reason.
EXCLUSIONS
When the Goldheart VIP Membership is used to obtain benefits and/or privileges under any other programme, the prevailing terms and conditions governing that programme shall apply. Goldheart Jewelry Pte Ltd shall not be responsible for the proper operation of that programme in any manner.
Goldheart Jewelry Pte Ltd reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without providing any reason, to differentiate between different categories of VIP members. As a result, benefits and/or privileges may be offered or granted to certain categories of members while not being extended to others.
