Standard local delivery is expected to take 4-7 working days from the confirmation of your order. Our customer service team will notify you if there are any expected delays in delivery.
The standard local shipping fee is SGD 10, while international shipping starts from SGD 50. The final shipping fee for international orders will be reflected at checkout.
Please note that customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country will be borne by the recipient. These charges vary by country and are not included in our shipping rates.
All shipments must be made to a physical address. We do not accept orders to PO Boxes.
Currently, we are unable to accept exchanges, returns, or refunds for international orders.
