Our Order Policy

Goldheart makes best effort to keep the e-shop updated with our current inventory. However, given the unique nature of our products, each item is likely to be of one piece only, or at best, very limited in quantity. Therefore, it is possible for your selection to be sold, and hence not available, before the website could be updated to reflect the item’s availability.

How To Place Your Order

Order Process and Product Availability

After you have made your selection, please proceed to check out and make payment for the item.

Goldheart will email you to confirm the receipt of your order. We will then check for the availability of the item. Once its availability has been verified, we will process your order and your payment. We will inform you of the order confirmation and the delivery details.

If the item is not available, we will inform you that your order has not been accepted due to the unavailability of the item, and will be nullified with full refund. We will offer you options for a similar or alternative piece. This will constitute a new and separate order process, requiring a new authorization for payment.

Please note that placing an item in your shopping cart or wish list cart does not equate to the reservation of it. The item remains available for sale until your order has been confirmed by Goldheart. All items remain the property of Goldheart until full payment has been processed and completed.

All orders are on a “first-come, first-serve” basis and subject to acceptance and availability.

Orders made on the website will be processed on weekdays only, i.e. Monday to Friday, except for the respective processing country’s public holidays. Please allow us 3-5 business days to respond to your queries or to process your orders.

Goldheart reserves the right, at its sole discretion, not to accept an order.

Return and Exchange Policy

Please note that there is strictly no return and no cash refund in any part or in full for items purchased.

In the event you change your mind of item you purchased, you can exchange it for other items equivalent or lesser value at any of our GOLDHEART boutique within 10 days upon receiving your items. Should the exchange item be of a higher value, you will be required to top up the additional difference at any of our GOLDHEART boutique

Returned items must be in original condition, unused and not damaged in any way. All tags and original packing must also be fully intact. All Gold Bars/Coins come in acrylic casing and are sealed for protection. Once the seal is broken, the item is deemed to be non-exchangeable or refundable. GOLDHEART reserves the right to reject, at its sole and absolute discretion, any exchange request, if these conditions are not met.

In the unlikely case of technical error resulting in the inaccurate price of a product listed, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of proceeding with your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, your order will be treated as cancelled, and (if payment has been received by us) you will be refunded accordingly. In the unlikely event that you have received a damaged item, please contact Goldheart immediately at customercare@aspial.com

Please note that Goldheart will have taken photographs of all items prior to shipping. This is in an effort to avoid potential dispute as to when or how damage has occurred. Likewise, please take photographs of the alleged damage immediately. This should be attached in your email to us reporting the damage.

Upon receipt of your email, and verification that the item received is in damaged condition, Goldheart will advise you on the return procedure to the nearest Goldheart Retail boutique. For overseas purchases, Goldheart will advise on the return procedure. Should the exchange item be of a higher value, you will be required to top up the difference.

All tags and original packing must be fully intact. Goldheart reserves the right to reject, at its sole and absolute discretion, any exchange request, if these conditions are not met.

• "Terms and Conditions" means the terms and conditions set out in the Site as amended, modified or supplemented by Goldheart from time to time;
• Words connoting the singular shall include the plural and vice versa and words connoting one gender shall include all genders. The clause headings herein are used for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions;

Representation And Warranty

You warrant and undertake to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in relation to the use of the Site and confirm that you have read, understood and agree unconditionally to be bound by the Terms and Conditions.

Goldheart shall not be liable or responsible in any manner whatsoever for any breach, non-compliance or infringement of any laws, rules and regulations governing the use of the Site, caused by or attributable to you. You warrant to fully and effectively indemnify and hold Goldheart harmless against any claim, damages or losses (including legal costs on an indemnity basis) directly or indirectly suffered by Goldheart as a result of your breach, non-compliance or infringement thereof

• Prices and availability of the Products are subject to change at the full and absolute discretion of Goldheart.
• The Terms and Conditions are in lieu of any warranties or guarantees, terms or conditions expressed or implied by law as owing by Goldheart.
• You agree that the Products on the Site may be re-priced, withdrawn, discontinued, revised or amended at any time and at the sole discretion of Goldheart.
• You further agree that the Product as described and/or depicted on the Site may vary with the actual Product. Goldheart makes no warranty for the appearances of the Products on the Site and expressly disclaims any liability for any errors and discrepancies. 

Exclusion Of Liability

Goldheart shall not in any circumstances or for any reason whatsoever be liable (to the extent permissible by the applicable laws) for any losses, damages, costs, expenses, including without limitation, direct, indirect, special or consequential damages or economic loss arising from any such failure to perform its obligations hereunder by reason of any electronic, electrical, mechanical, computer, computer-related or other failure, or any error, omission, interruption or delay in its operations or service, or from or in connection with the Site or the use thereof.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Goldheart harmless at all times against all actions, proceedings, costs, claims, expenses (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis), demands, liabilities, losses (whether direct, indirect or consequential) and damages (whether in tort, contract or otherwise) whatsoever (including, without limitation, claims made by third parties and claims for defamation, infringement of intellectual property rights, breaches of contract, death, bodily injury, wrongful use of computers, unauthorised or illegal access to any computers (including, but not limited to, hacking, property damage or pecuniary losses) which Goldheart may sustain, incur, suffer or pay arising out of, in connection with or pursuant to the Terms and Conditions, your use of the Site or any act be done by you or your omission thereof.

Variation And Waiver

• Goldheart reserves the right to vary, amend or supplement the Terms and Conditions at any time without notice by updating this posting.
• Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Terms and Conditions may be varied, supplemented or amended only if Goldheart so agrees in writing. Any provisions of the Terms and Conditions may be waived only if Goldheart so agrees in writing, provided that such waiver may be given subject to conditions thought fit by Goldheart and shall be effective only in the instance and for the purpose for which is given.
• No failure on the part of Goldheart to exercise, and no delay on its part in exercising, any right or remedy under the Terms and Conditions will operate as a waiver thereof, nor will any single or partial exercise of any right or remedy preclude other or further exercise of any right or remedy. The rights and remedies provided in the Terms and Conditions are cumulative and not exclusive of any other rights or remedies provided by law.

Assignment

The rights and obligations under the Terms and Conditions shall not be capable of assignments by you and shall be binding on and inure for your benefit or your successors and permitted assigns.

Severability

If at any time any one or more of the provisions hereof or part thereof is or shall become invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect under any law to which it is subject, it shall be rendered void, illegal or unenforceable to that extent and no further and the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions hereof shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby.

Governing Law And Jurisdiction

The Terms and Conditions are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Republic of Singapore and Goldheart and you hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
